Rauma offers versatile business areas for industrial and logistics needs, located along excellent transportation routes. The City of Rauma is actively acquiring land to ensure that the future needs of businesses are met.

Fjäder circular economy area
The Fjäder site includes the processing of clean soil, waste concrete, other construction waste and forestry products.
Kaivopuisto business area
The area is also home to the Sytytin Technology House, which offers rental space.
Lakari business area
The Lakari Business Park is a dynamic area for even the largest companies.
Lappi industrial area
The Lappi industrial area is several decades old, but in recent years new buildings and extensions have been built in the area.
Sampaanala industrial area
The plots are designated as a block area for industrial and warehouse buildings and as a block area for industrial, commercial and office buildings.
Seaside Industry Park Rauma
Seaside Industry Park Rauma is the centre of Rauma’s maritime cluster.
Susivuori business area
The Susivuori business park is the newest business park in Rauma. The City of Rauma rents and reserves industrial and commercial plots in the area.
Uotila industrial area
The Uotila industrial area is located near highway 12, on both sides of the Koillisväylä road. The area is home to, among other things, a hub for heavy vehicle maintenance.
Äyhö industrial area
The Äyhö industrial area is located near the centre of Rauma, at the junction of highways 8 and 12.
