We can help you post a job listing on the Job Market portal, or you can post it yourself using the Business E-services portal. The service can also suggest job seekers who are a good fit for the position you’ve posted.
In the Business E-services you can post job openings, introductory positions, pay subsidy positions, and work trial positions, interact with the employment authority and complete a business plan. On the Job Market portal, you’ll find useful information about being an employer.
Candidate presentations
We can also search for suitable candidates for your company ‘s available position from among job seekers.
You can contact the job seekers and invite the most suitable ones for an interview. Contact our employment specialists and let us know what kind of talent you’re looking for.
Recruitment events
We organize various recruitment events and meetings that bring employers and job seekers together. At the recruitment event, you’ll have the opportunity to tell about your open positions and meet job seekers.

International recruitment
We offer support to employers who are looking for talents from abroad or international job seekers and students already living in Finland. We offer expert advice, networks and practical help with recruitmentfree of charge.
There are already many international job seekers living in the Rauma area and with our help, you can reach them.
If you can’t find the appropriate person in Finland, we’ll help you expand your recruitment efforts abroad. The European employment network EURES offers a wide range of services for recruitment across Europe. Work in Finland’s services also support recruitment outside of Europe.
Our EURES experts support the recruitment process with, for example, job postings targeted at EURES countries, webinars, and participation in job fairs. EURES advisors can also search for potential job seekers for employers on the EURES portal.

Training services for companies
If your staff needs to enhance their skills or you want to train new employees to meet your company’s needs, labour market training offers a solution. Labour market training is vocational adult education tailored to the company, with costs shared between the company and the employment authority. The training is delivered by an external training organization.

Transition security for the employer
Our Transition security experts assist employers in change negotiations related to workforce reductions.
As an employer, you have obligations related to change security. The employer must notify the employment authority of employee layoffs if at least ten employees are being laid off for production-related or economic reasons.
We explain, among other things, how the process proceeds and what statutory obligations the employer has in layoff and furlough negotiations. At the employer’s request, we organize information sessions for laid-off or furloughed individuals regarding the services offered by the employment authority.
Our goal is to speed up and facilitate the transition of laid-off employees to new jobs or training. Cooperation between the employer, the staff, and the employment agency creates the best conditions for the reemployment of laid-off employees.
